Bitter Chicory Slaw

Ever grilled your greens? A quick grill gives endives and radicchio smoky, nutty flavors that elevate this quick slaw.

For slaw:
4 endives, halved
2 heads radicchio, quartered
1 bunch fresh mint, roughly chopped
Mild Yellow Curry Powder (Salt-Free)
Mild Yellow Curry Powder (Salt-Free)

For dressing:

In a small bowl, combine yogurt, Mild Yellow Curry Powder, and honey. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until emulsified and well-combined. Add Mayan Sea Salt to taste.

For slaw:

Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Grill endives and radicchio 3 min. per side or until lightly charred. Finely chop into small pieces, discarding roots. Add to large bowl with mint and toss with dressing to coat.
