For pork: 1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin, silverskin removed 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. Bohemian Forest, divided
Mayan Sea Salt 1 tsp. Mayan Sea Salt
Coarse Black Malabar Pepper 1/4 tsp. Coarse Black Malabar Pepper
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided 4 medium red potatoes, cut into large chunks 1 cup chicken broth For sauce: 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 2 apples, sliced 1 small onion, sliced 1 cup chicken broth 1 Tbsp. Four Mushroom Umami Blend

1 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (sage, tarragon, thyme, or a mixture) 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
