Ingredients
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine Palisade Peach Spice, honey, lime juice, and Supreme Saigon Cinnamon and stir into a paste.
Step 2
Add peaches and stir until peaches are thoroughly coated with the paste; the paste will disperse from the natural liquids in the peaches.
Step 3
Once peaches are coated, divide into 4 large or 6 small oven-safe ramekins and bake for 10 min.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine flour, white sugar, brown sugar, Supreme Saigon Cinnamon, baking powder, Mayan Sea Salt, and butter. Blend with fingers to a coarse meal consistency.
Step 5
Add the warm lemon juice and stir to just combined.
Step 6
Remove peaches from oven and spoon equal dollops of dough over each dish.
Step 7
Bake for 30 min. or until tops are golden brown.
Recipe Notes
*2 lbs. of frozen peach slices (about 6 cups) can be used in place of fresh peaches. Allow peach slices to defrost before using.
