Whiskey Barrel Smoked Cheese Ball

Ingredients
8 oz. smoked Gouda, shredded 8 oz. cream cheese, softened ¼ cups cooked, crumbled bacon 1 Tbsp. water
Freeze Dried Chives
2 tsp. Freeze Dried Chives
Whiskey Barrel Smoked Black Pepper
½ tsp. Whiskey Barrel Smoked Black Pepper
Smoked Spanish Sweet Paprika
½ tsp. Smoked Spanish Sweet Paprika
Crushed Aleppo Chiles
¼ tsp. Crushed Aleppo Chiles
¼ tsp. Kosher Salt
Roasted Granulated Garlic
¼ tsp. Roasted Granulated Garlic
½ cups pecans, toasted and rough chopped
Directions
Combine all ingredients (except pecans) in food processor. Blend for 30 seconds, or until smooth, scraping down sides with spatula as needed. Scoop mixture into a bowl, cover, and chill for 2 hours. Place pecans on a plate. With hands, form chilled mixture into a large ball, or 25 to 30 individual bite-sized balls. Roll ball(s) in pecans, pressing gently to coat evenly. Chill until ready to serve.
