Savor the fruits of summer with this trio of agua fresca recipes, a perfect summer mocktail set for your next brunch or party. Serve up peach agua fresca with fresh lime slices and a charcuterie board, watermelon agua fresca with cucumber slices and pulled pork sandwiches, and mango agua fresca with fresh mint and a bold curry.

Ingredients

Mango: 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mango 4 cups cold water 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Crushed Urfa Chiles 2 tsp. Crushed Urfa Chiles
Juice of 1 to 2 limes, to taste Peach: 2 peaches, roughly chopped (about 2 cups) 2 1/2 cups cold water 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Palisade Peach Spice 4 tsp. Palisade Peach Spice
Juice of 1 to 2 limes, to taste Watermelon: 1 small watermelon, roughly chopped and rind removed 2 cups cold water 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Herbes de Provence 2 tsp. Herbes de Provence
Juice of 1 to 2 limes, to taste
