Aguas Frescas Three Ways

Savor the fruits of summer with this trio of agua fresca recipes, a perfect summer mocktail set for your next brunch or party.
Serve up peach agua fresca with fresh lime slices and a charcuterie board, watermelon agua fresca with cucumber slices and pulled pork sandwiches, and mango agua fresca with fresh mint and a bold curry.

Ingredients
Crushed Urfa Chiles
2 tsp. Crushed Urfa Chiles
Juice of 1 to 2 limes, to taste
Peach:
2 peaches, roughly chopped (about 2 cups)
2 1/2 cups cold water
1/4 cup granulated sugar
4 tsp. Georgia Peach Spice
Juice of 1 to 2 limes, to taste
Watermelon:
1 small watermelon, roughly chopped and rind removed
2 cups cold water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Herbes de Provence
2 tsp. Herbes de Provence
Juice of 1 to 2 limes, to taste

Directions
For flavor of choice, add all ingredients to blender, starting with juice of 1 lime. Blend until all fruit is completely broken down and mixture is a mostly smooth puree. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve. Taste and add more lime juice as desired. Serve over ice.
