Fire Roasted Salsa

A refreshing and deliciously addictive restaurant-style salsa.

Ingredients
1 (28 oz.) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce
1 (7 oz.) can Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce
2 Tbsp. Canyon Road Red Enchilada Dry Sauce
Roasted Granulated Garlic
2 tsp. Roasted Granulated Garlic
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Freeze Dried Scallions
2 Tbsp. Freeze Dried Scallions
1 to 2 Tbsp. lime juice
Mayan Sea Salt
1 tsp. Mayan Sea Salt

Directions
In a food processor, blend tomatoes, Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce, Canyon Road Red Enchilada Dry Sauce, and Roasted Granulated Garlic into a smooth puree. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in cilantro and Freeze Dried Scallions. Add lime juice and Mayan Sea Salt to taste. Chill 1 hour before serving.
Recipe Notes
This salsa is great with our Cuban Island Spice or Chilean Merquen Seasoning in place of Canyon Road Red Enchilada Seasoning.
