1 lb. macaroni or rotini noodles 6 corn tortillas 1 small bunch cilantro, large stem pieces chopped off 1 (7 oz.) can mild green chiles, drained 8 Tbsp. (1 stick) unsalted butter, divided 1 quart milk 1/2 cup flour 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 8 oz. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
La Plata Peak Adobo Spice 1 Tbsp. La Plata Peak Adobo Spice
Salt & pepper, to taste 1 cup panko bread crumbs
Smoked Spanish Sweet Paprika 1 1/2 tsp. Smoked Spanish Sweet Paprika
