Peruvian Pinwheels

These make a simple and flavorful party appetizer or a Latin-inspired lunch snack.

Ingredients
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning
2 Tbsp. Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning
Cilantro
2 tsp. Cilantro
Minced Onion
1 tsp. Minced Onion
1 tsp. lime juice
4 tortillas, burrito size
Directions
Combine all ingredients except tortillas in a medium bowl and blend thoroughly. Spread 1/2 cup mixture over each tortilla, leaving 1/2-inch space to edge of tortilla. Tightly roll up tortillas, wrap each in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator before serving. Use a serrated knife to cut 1/2-inch wide slices and arrange on a serving plate.
