Directions

Step 1: Mix batter

In a medium bowl, whisk together Spiced Carrot Mug Cake Spice ‘n Easy mix, flour, and baking powder. Add egg, butter, and water and mix until combined.

Step 2: Bake cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray and evenly divide batter between cups, about 3/4 full. Bake for 8 min. until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 3: Make frosting

In a small microwave safe bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Microwave for 20 seconds. Mix together with a fork and drizzle over baked cupcakes.
