Fine White Sarawak Pepper
1/2 Tbsp. Fine White Sarawak Pepper
Supreme Saigon Cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp. Supreme Saigon Cinnamon
Ground Ginger
1/2 Tsp. Ground Ginger
Ground Inner Cardamom Seeds
1/8 tsp. Ground Inner Cardamom Seeds
Ground Jamaican Allspice
1/8 tsp. Ground Jamaican Allspice
Ground Madagascar Cloves

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a container with a lid and shake to combine. Keep covered in a cool, dark place for up to a year for best flavor.
