Preheat grill to medium-high heat or 375 degrees. Make a sauce in a small bowl by stirring together Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic, Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning, cumin and jalapeno until smooth. In a large bowl, combine turkey, onion, bread crumbs and 1/4 cup sauce. Form into 4 equal size patties. Grill burgers until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, about 7 to 10 min. each side. Coat burgers with sauce and enjoy!

Great served with Savory's Classic Creamy Coleslaw on a toasted ciabatta bun.

The Peruvian Burgers is one of my favorites, I have the burgers on the grill right now! Also works great as meatballs and meatloaf & potatoes. I add an egg and a bit more bread crumbs as a binder.
