Ingredients

For soup: 2 Tbsp. olive oil or unsalted butter 1 yellow onion, diced 3 carrots, peeled and sliced 3 celery stalks, sliced 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 Tbsp. Poultry Seasoning
Kosher Salt 1 tsp. Kosher Salt (adjust to taste)
Fine Black Malabar Pepper ½ tsp. Fine Black Malabar Pepper
Ground Turmeric ½ tsp. Ground Turmeric (optional, for color and depth)
8 cups chicken broth (homemade or store-bought) 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great) 2 cups egg noodles (or your preferred noodle) 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (brightens the flavor) ¼ cup freshly chopped parsley For serving: Extra fresh parsley for garnish Crusty bread or your favorite crackers
