Saffron Honey Glazed Roasted Radishes

Roasting radishes tames their peppery bite and brings out their sweeter side, which pairs perfectly with earthy saffron and floral honey.

Ingredients
1 bunch red radishes 4 large carrots 1 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Ground Coriander Seeds
1 tsp. Ground Coriander Seeds
Marjoram
1 tsp. Marjoram
Saffron Salt
1 Tsp. Saffron Salt*
Fine Black Malabar Pepper
1/2 tsp. Fine Black Malabar Pepper
1 Tbsp. honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Trim tops and bottoms of radishes and cut in half. Clean carrots and cut into 1/2-inch chunks. Toss radishes, carrots, and remaining ingredients, reserving the honey. Spread vegetable mixture on a sheet pan and roast for 20 min. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey. Stir to coat evenly with honey.
