Recipe Notes

*Some of our curry powders are salt-free and others are not. For a salt-free curry powder, we found 2 tsp. of Mayan Sea Salt to be the perfect addition, but be sure to taste as you season to reach your desired taste!


1 cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded, bones and skin removed

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1/4 cup curry powder of choice:

Diced vegetables of choice: celery, red bell pepper, cucumber, onion, etc.
