Directions

For tea blend: Choose which blend you want to make then mix all three spices together. Store tea blend in a sealed container. Makes 1 cup of tea blend to yield about 20 cups of brewed tea.

For 2 servings of brewed tea: Add 1 1/2 Tbsp. of either tea blend to 3 cups water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 min. Remove from heat and strain. Transfer to tea mugs and stir in any additions to taste.
