Mexican-Style Vinaigrette

From a southwestern-style salad to a taco sauce, this tangy vinaigrette lends itself to all your favorite Mexican dishes!

2 cups
Ingredients
Tomato Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Tomato Powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
1/3 cup olive oil
California Basil
1/2 tsp. California Basil
Mexican Oregano
1 tsp. Mexican Oregano
Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp. Minced Garlic
Coarse Black Malabar Pepper
1/2 tsp. Coarse Black Malabar Pepper
Ground Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin Seeds
Mayan Sea Salt
3/4 tsp. Mayan Sea Salt
Honey Powder
2 tsp. Honey Powder
Directions
In a bottle or jar, mix tomato powder into water until dissolved. Pour in cider vinegar, lemon juice, lime juice and olive oil. Add remaining ingredients, seal jar and shake vigorously to combine. Refrigerate until chilled.
Recipe Notes
For a spicier version, try adding a little ground cayenne or Jalapeño Chile Powder.
