  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt*
  • 2 cups frozen peach slices*
  • 2 cups (packed) baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 3/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
  • Leaves from 1 sprig of mint
