1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tsp. Onion & Garlic Tableside Sprinkle 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke (optional) For sloppy joes: 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 2 lbs. ground chicken 2 Tbsp. Summit County

1 1/2 cups frozen black-eyed peas (or 1 (15 oz.) can, drained) 1 (15 oz.) can fire roasted diced tomatoes 1 (7 oz.) can fire roasted diced green chiles (mild or hot) 1 medium onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup water
