BBQ Shawarma Cauliflower Wrap

This plant-based take on a classic shawarma pita wrap is tangy from our Shawarma BBQ Sauce and roasted to tender perfection. Serve with any diced-up veggies you have on hand and a dollop of tzatziki or hummus for a light but hearty dinner option.

Ingredients
3 Tbsp. olive oil 2 Tbsp. Shawarma Seasoning
Mayan Sea Salt
1 Tbsp. Mayan Sea Salt
1 head cauliflower, leaves removed and stem trimmed
Shawarma BBQ Sauce, to brush
Pita, to serve
Diced red onion, to serve
Diced cucumber, to serve
Diced tomato, to serve

Directions

Season cauliflower

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together oil, Shawarma Seasoning, and Mayan Sea Salt. Pour mixture over cauliflower and rub all over, making sure to season top, bottom, and all crevices of cauliflower.

Set seasoned cauliflower in a cast iron skillet and bake for 1 hour and 15 min., rotating halfway through. Brush cauliflower with Shawarma BBQ Sauce and return to oven for 5 min.

Assemble and serve

Fill warmed pitas with cauliflower, red onion, cucumber, and tomato and serve with remaining sauce.
