This recipe for classic pimento cheese makes an easy crowd-pleasing appetizer for guests, as well as a personal snack for one! Perfect with fresh veggies like celery and carrots, or as a spread on crackers and pretzel thins.

16 oz. sharp or extra sharp cheddar cheese, thickly shredded 1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained ¼ cup green onion, chopped OR white onion, grated (optional) 1 ¼ cup mayonnaise
Cayenne Chile Powder
¼ tsp. Cayenne Chile Powder
Granulated Toasted Onion
¼ tsp. Granulated Toasted Onion
Garlic Powder
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
Fine White Sarawak Pepper
⅛ tsp. Fine White Sarawak Pepper
Kosher Salt
¼ tsp. Kosher Salt
Directions
Step 1
Place shredded cheese, pimentos, onion, mayonnaise, Cayenne Chile Powder, Granulated Toasted Onion, and Garlic Powder in a large bowl.
Step 2
Mix until thoroughly combined.
Step 3
Season to taste with Kosher Salt and Fine White Sarawak Pepper.
