Mild Chili Powder
A must-have in winter, this is an essential ingredient in any chili - whether you're team beans or no beans. If you like a little extra heat, just add a pinch of chipotle, cayenne, or your favorite ground chile to taste.
Quick Uses: For classic chili, add 2-4 T per quart of chili - make sure to let your chili simmer for a few hours for best results. Add to BBQ rubs and other southwestern dishes.
Shawarma is a popular street food throughout North Africa and the Middle East. This salt-free seasoning was inspired by those flavors and is warm without being hot.
Quick Uses: Season lamb, chicken, or beef. For an easy marinade for meats or vegetables, mix 2-3 Tbsp. seasoning with 1 cup yogurt and 3 Tbsp. lemon juice.
Baker's Brew Coffee Spice
A unique and flavorful blend of cocoa, sugar, coffee, and baking spices, try this seasoning in baking and other desserts. You might be surprised to know that a small amount can also add big flavor to savory dishes like meats and roasted root vegetables.
Quick Uses: Add to muffins, coffee cake, and quick breads. Add to chocolate or coffee-based desserts or drinks. Add to rubs for beef or pork as well as BBQ or other sauces.
BONUS: Golden Milk Chai Spice
We added chai spices and ginger to the classic with turmeric and black pepper for a little extra flavor in our Golden Milk spice blend. In addition to the traditional drink, you can use this as a seasoning in both sweet and savory dishes.
Quick Uses: For latte, stir 1 to 2 tsp. blend into 1 cup milk of choice. If desired, sweeten with sugar, honey, syrup, or agave. Try in cookies, muffins, smoothies, or ice cream. Season rice dishes, sauces, and marinades.
