Black Garlic Ramen is our spin on a Japanese favorite. Aromatic spices combine to create a savory ramen broth. This satisfying, Shoyu-style ramen noodle soup is ready in just 10 minutes, so it makes a very easy lunch or dinner. While this flavorful soup is simple, you can add proteins, vegetables, and toppings to it as well.

In a medium pot over medium-high heat, combine Black Garlic Ramen mix, water, soy sauce, and maple syrup. Bring mixture to a boil. Add noodles and stir occasionally for 3 to 4 min. just until noodles are tender.

Serving Suggestions: Top with mushrooms, sliced scallions, soft-boiled eggs, or tofu.
