One of the best ways to change up your traditional hot dog, burger, or fries is to spice up the ketchup! Mix in a spicy, chile-based seasoning for a chile ketchup or a curry blend for curry ketchup. Try one of our recommendations or just use them for inspiration and choose your own favorite seasoning to mix in instead.

Mix ketchup and choice of spice until thoroughly combined. Ketchup can be served immediately but flavor will continue to develop the longer it is allowed to chill in the refrigerator.
