Recipe: Herbal “Seed” Tea Blend
This is a soothing, mild, caffeine-free herbal tea blend made from some our favorite seeds and whole spices. Make up a batch for yourself and share a batch with a friend.

Ingredients

For a savory tea blend:
- 1 oz. Coriander Seeds
- 1 oz. Fennel Seeds
- 1 oz. Organic Cumin Seeds

For a spiced tea blend:
- 1 oz. Coriander Seeds
- 1 oz. Fennel Seeds
- 1/2 oz. Organic Cracked Ginger

Optional additions to the brewed tea:
- basil leaves
- mint leaves
- fresh lemon juice
- honey
Directions
For tea blend: Choose which blend you want to make then mix all three spices together. Store tea blend in a sealed container. Makes 1 cup of tea blend to yield about 20 cups of brewed tea.
For 2 servings of brewed tea: Add 1 1/2 Tbsp. of either tea blend to 3 cups water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 min. Remove from heat and strain. Transfer to tea mugs and stir in any additions to taste.
