1/4 cup boiling water 1 1/2 oz. whiskey 1 Tbsp. honey 2 tsp. Bourbon Barrel Smoked Sugar 2 tsp. lemon juice

1/2 vanilla bean of choice*:

1 Indonesian Cinnamon Stick, to garnish (optional)

Directions
In a 6 oz. mug, combine water, whiskey, honey, Bourbon Barrel Smoked Sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla of choice. Stir until honey and sugar dissolve. Garnish with an Indonesian Cinnamon Stick and Sliced Crystallized Ginger if desired. Enjoy hot.
Recipe Notes
*To use vanilla beans: split beans in half lengthwise and scrape seeds out from pod with the back of a knife. Use empty pods to make homemade vanilla extract or flavor homemade vanilla sugar.
