White wine vinegar powder is a free-flowing, powdered product made from white wine vinegar. It provides a true white wine vinegar flavor and aroma to a variety of food products where a liquid version would not work. White Wine Vinegar and IP Corn Maltodextrin

Use it as a replacement for liquid vinegar in homemade rubs and seasonings or use straight as a rub or sprinkle for meats and vegetables. Great for adding vinegar flavor to homemade sausage. Create your own zesty potato chips or popcorn. To reconstitute blend one part white wine vinegar powder to 1.5 parts water (by weight). Shelf life is 2 years when stored in a cool, dry place.
