How does it work?
- Set up regularly scheduled deliveries of your favorite products and save! You can subscribe to as many or as few products as you like, and you can set your frequency to anywhere from every two weeks to once every six months so you have exactly what you want when you want it.
How do I set up a subscription?
- It’s easy! Simply find the product you’d like to subscribe to, select Subscribe & Save, then choose your frequency, and check out.
- You'll get an email confirmation about your subscription once you place your order. Please note - If you only subscribe to some of the products in your order, this email will include everything you order, but your scheduled deliveries will just be for your subscription products.
Can I skip a delivery?
- Yes. Log into your account, then click on My Subscriptions. From there, click on Manage upcoming orders, then click Skip shipment next to the order you’d like to skip.
How do I change the delivery quantity?
- Log into your account, then click on My Subscriptions. From there, click on Products in my subscription. Then click the Edit button and change the quantity, then press the Save button.
Can I change the frequency of my subscription?
- Of course. Log into your account, then click on My Subscriptions. From there, click on Change frequency, select the option you’d like from the dropdown menu, then press the Save button.
I no longer want my subscription. How do I cancel it?
- Log into your account, then click on My Subscriptions. From there, click on Cancel subscription. Next, click on the Cancel Subscription button. My credit card has expired.
How do I update my payment method?
- Log into your account, then click on My Subscriptions. From there, click on Payment information. Then, click the Change Payment Information button, which will send you an email so you can securely update your credit card. When you receive the email, click the Edit payment details button, then on the website, click Change next to your credit card and press the Update card button. You can also update your billing address from this screen if needed.
Is there a minimum purchase for subscriptions?
- No. You can subscribe to any eligible item, without minimums. However, shipping charges do apply if you have not met the current free shipping threshold.
Do I need to pay for shipping?
- There is no charge for shipping as long as you meet the minimum order size for free shipping on the site. When you are checking out, there will be a message that tells you how much more you need to add to get free shipping or if you’ve already earned it.
Why did the price of my item change?
- From time to time, we change our prices due to changing market and supplier conditions. We may also occasionally change the discounts on the subscription program. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
What is your return policy?
