This easy meal of classic orange lentils requires just two additional ingredients along with the package of lentils soup mix - just butter and water.

Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Add butter and cook for 2 to 3 min., or until lightly browned and aromatic. Add Moroccan Lentil Mix and toast for 1 min., stirring constantly. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer (covered) for 12 to 13 min., or until lentils are tender and liquid is mostly absorbed. Serve warm.

Serve with: Rice or flatbread. Top with: A dollop of plain yogurt and fresh cilantro or mint.
