Duxelle is a classic French combination of a chopped mushroom medley and shallots sautéed in butter until soft and dry. We’ve made this salt-free seasoning in a duxelle mixture and have added additional herbs to make it a ready-to-use seasoning.

Ingredients:
Blend of Porcini, Shitake, and Bolete mushrooms, shallots, lemon peel, chervil, parsley, tarragon and chives

Skillfully handcrafted from a blend of Porcini, Shitake, Champignon and Bolete mushrooms, shallots, lemon peel, chervil, parsley, tarragon and chives. The ideal use for this delicate seasoning is in omelets, soups and dusted on fish or vegetables. In addition, try in sauces and or to season stuffing.
