BBQ & Grilling

The Flat Irons are sandstone rock formations that frame the surrounding foothills of Boulder, Colorado and are one of the natural beauties that make Colorado a true place to behold. One of our original shops is in Boulder, so we named this prime rib rub after this striking natural beauty.

Flat Irons is a prime rib rub that leans more toward the onion, pepper, and herb flavors. You can either gently season or fully encrust a rib roast to make a great prime rib to your liking. This seasoning is also excellent for chicken, hamburgers, steaks, and pork chops. Turn plain tomato juice or soup into something special with a sprinkle.

Ingredients

Onion, salt, black pepper, paprika, lemon peel, garlic, celery, rosemary, thyme, dill weed, dill seed, turmeric, oregano, marjoram, caraway, coriander, parsley
