Recipe: Dragon Butter
Celebrate the fiery flavor and color of a saffron/chile combo on your favorite seafood, steak, and popcorn.

Combine all dry spices in a microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan and add butter. Heat mixture until butter is melted.
Use on freshly popped popcorn. Drizzle over steak or seafood like lobster, salmon, shrimp, clams, mussels.
