Vanilla Extract, Mexican

“Isn’t vanilla extract from Mexico supposed to be the best?” We are asked this question all the time in the shop. Like anything with more than one variety, it is a matter of opinion. After extensive product testing we offer you what we believe to be the superior single strength, pure vanilla available today. The standard for this single strength is 100 beans per gallon to assure you only the best vanilla flavor.

Ingredients:
Water, 35% alcohol (by law) and pure extraction from 100% pure Mexican vanilla beans.

This complex vanilla pairs nicely with desserts that are heavily spiced. Surprisingly, it is also useful in tomato based sauces. Just a dash cuts acidity and will help bring the flavors to the surface. Try in cookies, cakes, custards, frosting, meringues and puddings.
