Pyramid Peak Lemon Pepper Details

BBQ & Grilling

The marriage of citrus and pepper stands the test of time. We add two different types of lemon peel for even more zesty flavor. The lemon peel gives this blend a tart, bright flavor while Meyer lemon peel adds a slightly sweet, floral note.

This is an all-purpose blend, perfect for most savory dishes. Substitute for black pepper anywhere you want a bold, zesty flavor. Great for seasoning fish, poultry, beef or pork. Also nice sprinkled on eggs, veggies or salads.

Spice Tips!

For dip: Mix 1-2 Tbsp. into 1 cup sour cream or yogurt.

For chicken: Let your bird pieces soak in a mixture of 1 cup buttermilk and lemon pepper (use 2 Tbsp. for every 1 cup buttermilk).

For vinaigrette: Whisk 2 tsp. with 2 Tbsp. vinegar and 1/3 cup oil of choice.

For marinade: Mix 1-2 Tbsp. lemon pepper with ¼ cup each orange juice, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil.
