After researching Texas barbecue rubs we realized that there are many varieties, so we challenged our customers to come up with a rub to represent Texas. After receiving many entries and even more votes in a blind taste test, our Texan customers helped us determine a winner. Congratulations to Hank Lewis, a native Texan from San Marcos. We think he did a bang up job and are excited to have his rub representing Texas in the barbeque section of all our shops.

Hank created this rub using many traditional flavors. Generously rub on beef, poultry, pork, or seafood before barbequing. Sprinkle on vegetables or use to make a zesty dip or dressing.
