Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place almonds in a small baking dish and bake for 10 min. Set toasted almonds aside. Bring maple syrup, water, oil, and extract of choice to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat to medium and add toasted almonds. Cook for 2 to 3 min., stirring frequently, until the liquid evaporates. Remove pan from heat and toss in Cinnamon Sugar and Mayan Sea Salt. Stir until nuts are well coated with sugar. Pour nuts out onto a piece of parchment or wax paper to cool. Let cool completely before enjoying. Store in an airtight container.
