Saffron Salted Pretzel Bark Recipe

- 1 (10 oz.) package white chocolate melting wafers*
- 1 cup mini unsalted pretzels
- 3/4 tsp. Saffron Salt, plus more to sprinkle**

Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment or wax paper. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate by microwaving for 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until chocolate is completely smooth. Stir in Saffron Salt and pour mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Spread chocolate evenly to desired thickness (it won't cover the whole sheet), then sprinkle on pretzels and additional Saffron Salt. Let bark harden for about 15 min. at room temperature before using a knife to cut/break into pieces.
