Brigadeiros are a classic Brazilian chocolate treat. This brigadeiro recipe combines Black Onyx Cocoa Powder and Madagascar Vanilla Bean Powder to achieve a super-simple cookies & cream flavor. Try rolling them in any sprinkles or dried fruit you have for even more flavor variety!

1 (10.5 oz) can dulce de leche

2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into pieces




Sprinkles, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts, to decorate

Directions

Grease a plate and set aside. In a small pot, combine dulce de leche and butter. Warm over low heat until butter is melted. Add Black Onyx Cocoa Powder, Madagasar Vanilla Bean Powder, and Mayan Sea Salt and stir until well-combined. Pour mixture onto greased plate and let chill for at least 2 hours. Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to portion out half-ounce portions of mixture and roll into balls. Roll balls in sprinkles or topping of choice to coat. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
