Ingredients

For infusion: 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks in 100% pineapple juice, all contents 2, 2-inch knobs fresh ginger, peeled and cut into large chunks 15 Green Cardamom Pods, crushed 2 Indonesian Cinnamon Sticks, broken in half 1 Tbsp. Szechwan Peppercorns For mocktail: 1 fl. oz. strained infusion 3 fl. oz. sparkling water Fresh pineapple chunks, to garnish (optional) Citrus twists, to garnish (optional)
