Treat yourself to a luxurious cup of sweet-spiced coffee stirred into a velvety crème anglaise base. Easy enough to whip up on a special weekday morning and elevated enough for an impressive after-dinner drink.

Brew coffee

In a French press, add coffee and seasoning of choice. Add 2 Tbsp. boiling water and let sit for 1 min. to bloom coffee. Add remaining 1/2 cup boiling water, cover, and brew for 4 min.

Make créme anglaise base
Step 4
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk egg yolks vigorously until thickened and pale yellow. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, half and half, and Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract.

Finish drink
Step 6
Fill a tall glass with ice. Slowly strain hot, brewed coffee into bowl with egg mixture while whisking until combined and very frothy. Pour coffee into glass with ice and enjoy.
