Caribbean Grilled Fish Tacos with Lime Crema

Ingredients

For lime crema: 8 oz. sour cream 1 Tbsp. grated lime zest 1 tsp. lime juice For grilled fish: 1 lb. mahi-mahi or halibut fillets 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
Caribbean Green Jerk Seasoning 3 Tbsp. Caribbean Green Jerk Seasoning
Juice of half a lime For taco fixings: 8 corn or small flour tortillas 1 cup shredded cabbage 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves 1 cup crumbled queso fresco, or other mild cheese 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered 1 avocado, diced 1 cup thinly sliced red onions

Recipe Notes

These tacos work well with chicken or shrimp and any of our Caribbean-inspired blends, like Jamaican Jerk Seasoning or Caribbean Green Jerk Seasoning.
