Peruvian Turkey Burgers

Spice up burger night with these lean patties inspired by Peruvian flavors. A quick, slightly spice sauce featuring Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning and Jalapeño Chile Powder keeps these burgers moist and juicy. Serve on toasted ciabatta with coleslaw, pickled onions, and all your favorite burger toppings for an adventurous burger night.

Ingredients
For sauce:
Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning
Granulated Garlic
1 tsp. Granulated Garlic
Ground Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp. Ground Cumin Seeds
Jalapeño Chile Powder
1/4 tsp. Jalapeño Chile Powder
For burgers:
1 lb. ground turkey
1 small onion, minced
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Make sauce

In a small bowl, stir together Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, Granulated Garlic, Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning, Ground Cumin, and Jalapeño Chile Powder until smooth. Set aside.

Form and grill burgers

Preheat grill for medium-high heat. In a large bowl, combine turkey, onion, bread crumbs and 1/4 cup sauce. Form into 4 equal size patties. Grill burgers until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, about 7 to 10 min. each side. Serve burgers with remaining sauce.
