1/4 cup ketchup 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning 1 Tbsp. Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning
Granulated Garlic 1 tsp. Granulated Garlic
Ground Cumin Seeds 1/4 tsp. Ground Cumin Seeds
Jalapeño Chile Powder 1/4 tsp. Jalapeño Chile Powder
For burgers: 1 lb. ground turkey 1 small onion, minced 1/2 cup bread crumbs
