A quick, slightly spice sauce featuring Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning and Jalapeño Chile Powder keeps these burgers moist and juicy. Serve on toasted ciabatta with coleslaw, pickled onions, and all your favorite burger toppings for an adventurous burger night.

For sauce:

1/4 cup ketchup

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

For burgers:

1 lb. ground turkey

1 small onion, minced

1/2 cup bread crumbs

Step 1: Make sauce

In a small bowl, stir together Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, Granulated Garlic, Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning, Ground Cumin, and Jalapeño Chile Powder until smooth. Set aside.

Step 2: Form and grill burgers

Preheat grill for medium-high heat. In a large bowl, combine turkey, onion, bread crumbs and 1/4 cup sauce. Form into 4 equal size patties. Grill burgers until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, about 7 to 10 min. each side. Serve burgers with remaining sauce.
