For sauce:


1/4 cup ketchup

2 Tbsp. soy sauce





For burgers:

1 lb. ground turkey

1 small onion, minced

1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions

Step 1: Make sauce

In a small bowl, stir together Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, Granulated Garlic, Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning, Ground Cumin, and Jalapeño Chile Powder until smooth. Set aside.

Step 2: Form and grill burgers

Preheat grill for medium-high heat. In a large bowl, combine turkey, onion, bread crumbs and 1/4 cup sauce. Form into 4 equal size patties. Grill burgers until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, about 7 to 10 min. each side. Serve burgers with remaining sauce.
