Directions

Step 1: Coat cashews

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, coat cashews with egg white. Add sugar, Garam Masala, Mayan Sea Salt, and Cayenne Chile Powder. Toss to thoroughly coat.

Step 2: Roast cashews

Spread cashews in a single layer on baking sheet. Roast for 25 to 35 min. until golden brown, stirring every 10 min. Break up any clumps, cool, and serve or store.
