Garam Masala-Spiced Cashews

Warm spiced cashews with a hint of cayenne spice make the perfect trail, party, or midday snack!

Ingredients
4 cups raw, unsalted cashews 1 large egg white, lightly beaten ¼ cup granulated sugar 4 tsp. Garam Masala
Mayan Sea Salt
1 ½ tsp. Mayan Sea Salt
Cayenne Chile Powder
½ to 1 tsp. Cayenne Chile Powder

Coat cashews
Step 2
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, coat cashews with egg white. Add sugar, Garam Masala, Mayan Sea Salt, and Cayenne Chile Powder. Toss to thoroughly coat. Step 2: Roast cashewsSpread cashews in a single layer on baking sheet. Roast for 25 to 35 min. until golden brown, stirring every 10 min. Break up any clumps, cool, and serve or store.
