Mulled Cranberry Sauce

Mulling Spices turn this holiday side dish into the star of the Thanksgiving spread. This mulled cranberry sauce recipe comes together in less than half an hour and is sure to become your new go-to cranberry sauce recipe.

2 Tbsp. Mulling Spices
1 Muslin Bag
1 orange, zested and juiced
Water
1 cup brown sugar, packed
12 oz. fresh or frozen cranberries

Directions
Add Mulling Spices to Muslin Bag and tie shut tightly. Add fresh orange juice to a measuring cup and top with enough water to yield 1 total cup of liquid. In a medium pot over medium heat, combine liquid, orange zest, and sugar. Submerge cranberries and muslin bag of Mulling Spices. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. for a thinner sauce or 20 min. for a thicker sauce. Let cool to room temperature before serving. Will keep for 1 to 2 weeks in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
