These handy little bags are used to infuse flavor into soups, stews, sauces, stocks and drinks such as mulled wine.

Directions

Add Mulling Spices to Muslin Bag and tie shut tightly. Add fresh orange juice to a measuring cup and top with enough water to yield 1 total cup of liquid. In a medium pot over medium heat, combine liquid, orange zest, and sugar. Submerge cranberries and muslin bag of Mulling Spices. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. for a thinner sauce or 20 min. for a thicker sauce. Let cool to room temperature before serving. Will keep for 1 to 2 weeks in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
