Recipe: California Citrus Vinaigrette
This refreshingly simple vinaigrette makes a great non-dairy dressing for chicken salad or salmon salad.
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. California Citrus Rub
- 2/3 cup olive oil
Whisk vinegar with 1 to 2 Tbsp. California Citrus Rub. (Tip: Start with 1 Tbsp. and add more later to taste.) Continue to whisk and slowly drizzle in olive oil until combined.
Use to dress green salads. Drizzle over grilled or roasted vegetables. Makes a great non-dairy dressing option for chicken salad or salmon salad.
