An extremely quick and simple salsa verde that can be served with chips or any of your favorite Mexican-style dishes.


  • 1 lb. tomatillos, husked and rinsed
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Chicharron Salt


Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Chill and serve.

Serving Suggestions

Excellent as a topping for fish tacos.
